Lightly breaded with cracker meal and deep fried.     (Shown with Grouper)

Grilled

Grilled on open flame, simply delicious.  GF

Broiled

Topped with butter and white wine, lightly dusted with paprika, then broiled.  GF  (Shown is Yellowtail)

Jerked

Dusted with Jamaican Jerk seasoning, and grilled or baked (depending on the fish).  

Blackened

Dusted with Cajun Blackening  seasoning (spicy) then baked.
